Now right click on My Computer




And now a box will appear like this




Click on Properties and you will see another box like this.



Click on Advanced Tab and another box will appear like this




Now click on settings under performance and a box will appear like this.



Now select Adjust for best performance. Then click Apply and then Ok. Now your computer is at the best performance. But the vissibility is so low. For example.....




The performance will be changed like this.




The Desktop and Window will be changed like this. 




The Desktop Icon will be changed like this. But don't worry, you can increase your Visual Effects.



Now Scrolldown the Options and you will see that all the options are unchecked. Now you need to mark the last two Options to get a minimum apearance that will satisfy you.




Mark these two Options as like as the picture.



Now click Apply and then Ok.
